How will my order be packaged?
All parts are packed in ESD-safe bubble foil and shipped in boxes of double wave with filling material.
What is the shipping method?
Your order will be sent via Post NL with signature for receipt. This way you can be sure that your package is not left somewhere like that.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free!
How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
Assume 1 or 2 working days.

How do I register a return?
Send an E-mail to info@pulledmacparts.nl with the reason for your return and we will help you there.

Do you ship outside of the EU?
Not at this moment unfortunately.

Is there a iCloud lock active on the Logic boards?
There are no iCloud locks on the motherboards and they are ready for activation with the latest software update.
Does the original Touch ID come with the motherboard?
Yes! A working Touch ID comes with the motherboard
Will I receive the product that is in the picture?
Not always. The stock is growing and you may get a similar product. This takes into account the appearance of the appearance.
Does the True Tone function of the display work?
Yes, the True Tone function always works.
Does the Sleep wake sensor work on the display?
Yes! The sleep wake function will always be tested before shipping.
Are all parts original?
Yes! All products are original unless there is no ''original'' in the title of the product.
How often can a battery be charged before it fails?
The lifespan can vary greatly per battery, but most batteries can be charged about 1000 times before they break down. With a used top case, you can go ahead for years in most cases.
Are all parts in the top case?
Not all parts are in the top case. Take a good look at the picture which parts are in it.
How long do I have a warranty?
You have a 6-month warranty on your product. Please note that water damage or drop damage is not covered.
